Membership in MEMA is open to anyone regularly employed in, volunteering in, or professionally associated with the field of emergency management in the counties of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, and Washington. Our members include local government emergency managers, private and nonprofit sector emergency managers, business continuity planners, safety and security managers, volunteers, and others.
Membership is valid from January 1 through December 31. Membership payments are due and payable by February 1st of each year. Payments can be made online (Store) or by check (print and complete this 2024 MEMA Invoice and mail it in with your check).

*An Organizational Membership provides membership for three people in an organization at a cost savings.
**Organizations that have already paid for three members at the Organizational Membership rate may add any number of Additional Organization Memberships at this discounted rate.
