Position Description

The Emergency Management department helps Anoka County prepare for, respond to, and recover from all hazards emergencies, events, and disasters. The department has an immediate opening for and Emergency Management Coordinator who has responsibilities across all functions of emergency management.  Not considered an entry-level position.
 

The Emergency Management Coordinator possesses a solid working knowledge of subject matter under normal supervision.  They handle moderately complex issues and problems associated with emergency management and supports more complex issues in collaboration with higher-level staff.

This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. Interviews will take place November 20th and 21st for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
